Made with a slow maceration of "mûroise" from "The Verger du Cleray" for a unique flavour of mûroise, a natural hybrid of blackberry and rapsberry.

The colour is of beautiful intensity, the ruby colour makes it bright and brilliant. The nose is fine. Small and fresh fruits emphasize the freshness of raspberry and the roundness of blackberry. Sweet taste with a slight acidity. One can feel the fine aroma of mûroises fruits that are picked in the sweet "Loire Valley".
