• 2 oz Whiskey
  
• 1/2 oz Giffard Caramel
  
• 1/4 oz Giffard Grapefruit
  
• 1/4 oz Manuka Honey
  
• 1/3 Pink Grapefruit (quartered)
  Dash Whiskey Barrel Bitters

Muddle Pink Grapefruit quarters and manuka honey together.
Add Whiskey, Giffard Liqueurs and bitters then shake all ingredients on ice for 10 seconds.
Double strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed grapefruit zest.
