This is a drink recipe intended for a couple as a digestiv
and perhaps a precursor to dessert. (Or perhaps dessert itself)
Carottella Portion:
- 1/2 oz Ginger of the Indies (click to view product)
- 1/2 oz 42 Below Manuka HoneyVodka
- 1 oz Apple Dessert Wine
- 2 oz Carrot Juice
- Shake and strain into cocktail glass
Jello:
Apple juice and 2oz Ginger of the Indies.
Follow gelatin directions and place in shallow square pan. Cut into squares.
Sauce:
Honey and Ginger of the Indies. Place into sauce pan and reduce to make sauce thicker.
