Indian Summer Portion

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Mangalore
  • 1/2 oz Apple Juice
  • 2 oz Pomegranate juice
  • Shake and strain into cocktail glass
Jello
Blueberry juice, pomegranate juice and 2oz Mangalore. Follow gelatin directions and place in shallow square pan. Cut into squares.

Sauce
Raspberry coulis and Mangalore. Place into sauce pan and reduce to make sauce thicker.
