  • 1 oz Giffard Mangue Tropique
  • 1 oz Havana Anejo Blanco
  • ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 slice fresh Jalapeno (2-3 mm thick)
  • 8 – 10 fresh Cilantro leaves (save one leaf for garnish)
  • 1/8 tsp. Yellow curry powder
  • Muddle the fresh jalapeno slice in a mixing glass then pour in all liquid ingredients.
  • Add the cilantro leaves, curry powder, and fill with ice.
  • Shake vigorously to chill.
  • Double strain into a chilled martini glass to remove the cilantro and jalapeno pulp.
  • Garnish with a cilantro leaf.
