1 oz Giffard
Mangue Tropique
1 oz Havana Anejo Blanco
½ oz Fresh lemon juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 slice fresh Jalapeno (2-3 mm thick)
8 – 10 fresh Cilantro leaves (save one leaf for garnish)
1/8 tsp. Yellow curry powder
Muddle the fresh jalapeno slice in a mixing glass then pour in all liquid ingredients.
Add the cilantro leaves, curry powder, and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously to chill.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass to remove the cilantro and jalapeno pulp.
Garnish with a cilantro leaf.
