• 1 1/2 oz White Rum
  
• 1/2 oz Giffard Pomegranate Liqueur
  
• 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  
• 1/4 oz Giffard Ginger of the Indies
  
• 1/4 oz Simple Syrup

Fill cocktail glass with ice and coat the glass with Ginger Liqueur*.

*Swirl the ice & liqueur around the glass and let stand while preparing the cocktail.

Add Rum, Pomegranate Liqueur, Lime Juice & Simple Syrup to shaker of ice.

Shake convincingly for at least 10 seconds. Remove the Ginger Liqueur coated ice from Cocktail glass and strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.

Garnish with a lime twist.
