- 1 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Giffard Caramel
- 1/4 oz Giffard Pear
- 1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash Lemon Bitters
Stir all ingredients over ice. Strain into cocktail glass & Garnish with flamed lemon zest and Carameilzed Pear.
To make Caramelized Pear:
Steep pear slices in Giffard Caramel for minimum 10 minutes.
Place Caramel Steeped Pear in heated pan and cook till lightly browned; Serve warm and place on the side of the cocktail to enjoy with the cold drink.
